Become part of the TheLittle Ones - Inner Child Project, and explore the gift of reconnecting with your inner child, that part of you with all the childlike joy and innocence, freedom and creativity that was so easy to experience… Before the layers of conditioning, and the harsh realities of life had them hiding away, unseen, unheard (well except when you’re triggered - then who do you think is running the show!)

After you’ve purchased your portrait commission, I’ll send you a link to book a call with me so we can discuss the portrait, the photo references, and get to know a little about the story this portrait will tell.

If you have several photos to choose from, I can let you know which ones may work best for the portrait. I need a reasonable size and quality of image to produce the detail that I like to include in my portraits.

The painted background elements are deliberately naive and childlike, especially when channeling the little one that comes - it is as if the spirit of your inner child is painting. Other times there are specific instructions received to paint certain subjects - like astronaut cats or bees and honey.

If you have something specific you’d like captured, we can absolutely work with that.

Once we’ve agreed on the basics, I’ll let you know the anticipated timeframe to complete your portrait - usually around 2 weeks and not more than 4 weeks. I will require payment before I begin which you can make by purchasing this product.

Once I’ve started the portrait, my time and energy has gone into the piece, and for this reason I can’t offer a refund if you’re not satisfied with the end result, but I will do my very best to ensure I create a piece of work that delights you!

Some artworks in this project have been made in collaboration with the subject of the portrait - making that connection to their inner child through painting on the portrait I’ve drawn. My hope is that through creating these pieces there is healing, of childhood wounds or traumas, and also a reminder to connect to the magic and beauty of childhood, and to be able to connect to the little one within.
