SHIPPING INFORMATION
FREE AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $350 AUD
My Paper and Canvas prints are printed to order and can take up to 2 weeks to process, but usually printing and processing takes between 4 and 7 days depending on how busy the printers are.
Given prints are made to order, please allow 2-3 days processing and 7 days printing and up to 7 days shipping for Australian orders (more for international).
We'll endeavour to get orders out as fast as we can but during busy periods it can take the full amount of time quoted. Regional Australia can take up to 20 working days for shipping on top of the processing and printing times.
WITHIN AUSTRALIA
$15 flat rate for Australian domestic orders sent via Australia Post.
Orders are processed as quickly as possible, and I’ll typically be in touch within 1-2 business days of order placement with an expected shipping date.
Please note, once the postman’s got your order, it usually takes 2-5 business days for delivery to your door.
INTERNATIONAL
All international orders will be shipped via Australia Post Air Mail. Currently canvas paintings are not available for international shipping as these are usually on a frame, where they can be rolled, it will be noted in the description as available for international shipping.
International orders are processed as quickly as possible, with printing times as above and usually take 3-10 business days for delivery depending on your location. Please visit auspost.com.au to get an estimate of shipping time to your country.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS
Please note that import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. If your items are over a specified monetary value, some countries will withhold the items until you pay an import duty or tax.
The amount varies, so please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

If you would like to commission a portrait in a similar style to the child pencil portraits, this can be purchased via the shop.
To commission a painting or illustration in another style, or if you have something specific in mind, please email me hello@ronnismith.com with the subject “Commission Request” or use the contact form (link in the footer). We can then discuss your vision, timeline and price.
REFUNDS
Please choose carefully when selecting prints and the sizes that you want as I do not refund for change of mind or error in selection, UNLESS you contact me and we can make the change prior to printing taking place.
I changed my mind, can I return my item?
No. Unfortunately I can’t provide a refund for change of mind.
I received my package and it is not what I ordered, how can I return it?
In the unlikely event that your order is mixed up, I will happily replace this with the correct item. If I can not provide you with the item you ordered, you will receive a refund.
Please note that colours represented on screen may vary slightly from the final printed product. I do my best to produce images that are accurate depictions of the product but different screens produce different colours that what the eye can see when you have the product in front of you.
I received my purchase and it is damaged or faulty, can I return it?
Yes. If you receive an item that is damaged or faulty and this was not in the product description, I will happily replace the item. If replacement is not possible we will refund you.

All artwork is copyright of RONNI SMITH. Any unauthorised reproduction (this includes both material/tangible and digital forms of reproduction) is a violation of international copyright law.
When purchasing an original artwork please note that there is a chance that the image may be used for prints, products or marketing images in the future.
